Iceni Capital will partner with companies that have the potential for above average revenue growth and margin expansion. Whilst each company will have distinct characteristics, we will always look for some fundamental attributes:

Management team - ambitious and flexible, with a coherent strategy and a desire to achieve further scale for their business. Importantly, our management partners will recognise the advantages that working with Iceni Capital will bring to their business, as well as to the development of their personal ambitions.

Growth opportunities - the potential for above sector average revenue and margin expansion, either through organic growth or by strategic development and further investment. In addition, a presence in a fragmented market, supported by excellent relationships with blue-chip clients that are capable of further development.

Once we've decided to invest, we will co-develop a growth plan with our management partners, setting out the future direction of the company and identifying opportunities for any operational improvements, as well as planned service enhancements. It will also assess the need for, and potential return from, additional organic or acquisition investments to support growth.

Ethics matter to us, and we will look for evidence that all stakeholders are treated fairly. In our experience, this does not need to mean that commercial imperatives are in any way subjugated. Underpinning our evaluation of any potential investment will be a frank assessment of the company's approach to sustainability.

Critically, we will always ensure from the outset of an investment that a viable range of realisation opportunities is identified and agreed with our management partners, based on the fundamental premise that we have a shared objective to create and capture significant equity value.
