The four Partners who lead Iceni Capital are a multi-disciplined group of successful private equity investors, operational executives and entrepreneurs who each have over 17 years of experience in these core sectors.
We invest in exceptional companies with an enterprise value in the range of £10m - £20m, providing capital and appropriate operational support to help them to achieve step changes in performance.
Our belief is that owner-managers of smaller companies increasingly seek an investment partner with real operational and sector experience, and preferably one who has successfully operated or guided companies that have faced similar developmental challenges to theirs.
Our approach to investing is no-nonsense and direct. We will leverage our considerable operational experience for the benefit of our investee companies, and enjoy the challenges associated with fast-growing entrepreneurial companies.
