Prior to joining Iceni Capital, he was an Assistant Director in the corporate finance department at Altium Capital where he was involved in a large number of private and public company financings, leveraged buyouts, IPOs and M&A transactions. He gained extensive experience of working with growth companies and entrepreneurs across a wide variety of sectors. He holds an MA from Edinburgh University and is a fellow of the UK Securities and Investment Institute.
