Prior to joining Iceni Capital, Alexander was an Assistant Director in the corporate finance department at Altium Capital, formerly Apax Partners and Co Capital.
Whilst at Altium, Alexander was involved in a large number of private and public company financings, leveraged buyouts, IPOs and M&A transactions and gained extensive experience of working
with growth companies and entrepreneurs across a wide variety of sectors. Alexander has an MA degree in History from Edinburgh University and is a fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute.
